TERMS OF TRADE

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and Australian Cheques. Credit card payment can be made over the phone, by fax, e-mail or post.

Goods can not be sent until payment has been made, unless the customer has an approved account. Generally, accounts are only given to Corporate customers, or people living in remote inland areas. To apply for an account you will need to contact us or complete the Feedback Form.

Postage, if required, is charged at cost. There is no charge for packaging unless noted.

In the unfortunate event that a book is damaged/lost in transit, we will make arrangements to replace the item free of charge. For claim purposes, you will need to contact us or complete the Feedback Form before sending the book back.
